Basketball Recap: Sayre Takes a Loss

Sayre was the 63-25 winner over Parkway Center City when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Sayre Sabres received a blow on Thursday as they fell 62-43 to the Parkway Center City Bulldogs.

Sayre's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Parkway Center City, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-10 and their overall record up to 4-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sayre will welcome High School of the Future at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Parkway Center City, they will host Vaux Big Picture at 3:15 p.m. on Monday.
