Palisades managed to slip by Saucon Valley the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Pirates came up short against the Panthers on Monday, falling 10-0. The Pirates' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Palisades saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Trickel, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Palisades' loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Saucon Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1.

Palisades wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 11-4 defeat against Northwestern Lehigh on the 16th. As for Saucon Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-1 victory against Jim Thorpe on the 16th.
