Volleyball Recap: Mountain Ridge Sentinels vs. Corner Canyon Chargers        
        
		
             Mountain Ridge extended their postseason success on Friday against Corner Canyon. They came out on top against the Corner Canyon Chargers by a score of  2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Sentinels, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 Mountain Ridge easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15,  25-21.
  Addyson Cook paced Mountain Ridge's offense, picking up 13 kills. Cook got some help from 
 Sadie White and her 20 assists. White was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with three aces.
 Mountain Ridge is  on a roll lately: they've  won 11 of their last 13 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 26-6 record  this season. As for Corner Canyon,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 23-9.
 As of now, neither Mountain Ridge nor Corner Canyon have any future games scheduled.
