Soccer Recap: Springfield Takes a Loss

Springfield was the 2-1 winner over Fair Haven when they last played one another on September 2nd, but their luck changed this time around. The Cosmos fell just short of the Slaters by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. Springfield have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 4-3-1. As for Fair Haven, they now also have a winning record of 4-3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Springfield will challenge Leland & Gray at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fair Haven, they will take on Mount Anthony at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
