Volleyball Recap: Overlake Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Overlake lost against Granite Falls back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Owls came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0. The Owls have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Granite Falls scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-17, 25-22.

Overlake now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Granite Falls, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Overlake is set to face off against their familiar foe University Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Granite Falls will take on rival Cedar Park Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
