Volleyball Game Preview: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Birmingham Patriots

Cleveland is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Birmingham an 11-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Monday. The Cleveland Cavaliers will look to defend their home court against the Birmingham Patriots at 3:30 p.m.

Cleveland saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of Saugus by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Birmingham was able to grind out a solid win over Lakeview Charter on Saturday, taking the game 2-0.

Birmingham's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-12. As for Cleveland, their loss dropped their record down to 5-16.

Cleveland took their win against Birmingham in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Cavaliers repeat their success, or do the Patriots have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
