Basketball Recap: Rhys Anderson's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Rosemead over Gabrielino

Rosemead suffered their biggest defeat since December 28, 2024 on Wednesday. They lost 56-36 to the Gabrielino Eagles. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 45-30 back in January.

Rosemead lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Rhys Anderson, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Sheldon Vuong, who had seven points.

Rosemead has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-12 record this season. As for Gabrielino, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 13-11.

As of now, neither Rosemead nor Gabrielino have any future games scheduled.
