Basketball Game Preview: Kalida Wildcats vs. Archbold Blue Streaks

The Kalida Wildcats will venture away from home to square off against the Archbold Blue Streaks at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Saturday, Kalida didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Arlington, but they still walked away with a 51-46 victory.

Meanwhile, Archbold took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They blew past Edgerton 60-38. The score was all tied up 18-18 at the break, but the Blue Streaks were the (much) better team in the second half.

Kalida beat Archbold 38-27 in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
