Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Gabby Pattie and Sydney Stephen Lead Hopkinton to Victory

Hopkinton won the last time they faced Medway and things went their way on Friday too. The Hillers blew past the Mustangs 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hillers.

Hopkinton was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-16, 25-20.

Leading Hopkinton to victory were Sydney Stephen and Gabby Pattie. Stephen had 13 digs and eight aces, while Pattie had 20 assists and five aces. With that strong performance, Pattie is now averaging an impressive 2.2 aces per game.

They weren't the only good servers: Hopkinton was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Hopkinton's record now sits at 9-3. As for Medway, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
