Westerville Central had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Grove City Greyhounds by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Westerville Central also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Westerville Central's win bumped their record up to 7-2-2. As for Grove City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5-1.
