Basketball Game Preview: Lytle Pirates vs. Eagle Pass Eagles

The Lytle Pirates will square off against the Eagle Pass Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Tuesday, Lytle was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 39-38 to Randolph.

Meanwhile, Eagle Pass was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Poth, falling 67-43. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Eagles have suffered since December 20, 2024.

Eagle Pass' loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Lytle, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
