            Bloomfield had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 17-run drubbing they dealt Jemez Valley on Wednesday. The Bobcats put the hurt on the Warrior with a sharp  18-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bobcats, who have now won four matches by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 Trae Woods was  incredible,  firing off two  home runs, six  RBI,  and four  runs while going 4-for-4. Those  four  hits gave  him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Cable Carruth, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Bloomfield  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Jemez Valley struck out eight times.
