Volleyball Recap: Trinity Christian Academy Triumphs

Trinity Christian Academy won the last time they faced Yantis and things went their way on Thursday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Owls by a score of 2-0.

Cenzie Pyeatt had an outrageously good game as she had nine aces and seven assists. Those nine aces gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of MacKenna Wiltse, who had five kills and five aces.

The win got Trinity Christian Academy back to even at 2-2. As for Yantis, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity Christian Academy will challenge Clarksville at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Yantis, they will square off against Pioneer Technology & Arts Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
