Game recap: Seneca High School Football Team wins against East Newton

GRANBY, Mo. - the Indians scored 28 points in the second quarter to secure a big 43-0 victory over East Newton (Granby, Mo.) on Saturday.

Seneca scored on a Braxton Graham touchdown run, a touchdown run by Graham, a touchdown pass by Payton Rawlins to Graham and a Graham touchdown run in the quarter.

After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by Rawlins to Chance Smith in the first quarter, SHS was up 35-0 at the half.

The Indians grew their lead to 43 points entering the fourth quarter. Seneca scored two times in the third, including once on a safety.

SHS came in allowing an average of 24.1 points per game this season.



Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 48-0 win for the Indians.

The loss was the third in a row for the Patriots.
