Volleyball Recap: Kinsley Takes a Loss

Kinsley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Macksville Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on September 11th.

Kinsley was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-23.

Kinsley's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Macksville, their victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 12-12.

Coincidentally, Kinsley and Macksville will both be playing Victoria the next time they take the court. The Mustangs will head out to face the Knights at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Coyotes will play them later in the day, at 5:00 p.m.
