If Grulla wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Raymondville, they should've done a better job of containing Traeshaun Washington. The Bearkats simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Gators 41-6 thanks in part to Washington, who rushed for 240 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 65 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Raymondville's record now sits at 2-0. As for Grulla, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
