Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Grace Ellsworth stepped things up a notch to give St. Johns the 'W'. Ellsworth scored two runs while going 1-for-3. The effort also marked the most RBI (two) she has had since back in February of 2024.

Ellsworth and St. Johns will play host again on Friday to welcome Pinon, where first pitch is scheduled at 1:00 p.m. The Redskins got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Eagles thanks in part to Ellsworth: she got on base in two of her three plate appearances with two stolen bases.
