Los Fresnos's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They walked away with an 8-5 victory over the San Marcos Rattlers. With that win, the Falcons brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.

The team relied heavily on Alexis Perez, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Jadelynn Cortez, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Los Fresnos always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .609. The last time their OBP was this high was in their last 13 contests.

Los Fresnos moved to 7-6-1 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for San Marcos, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 7-6-1.
