Douglass and Lincoln Christian squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Douglass had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 39-36. The Trojans' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Maddi Stewart continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Lincoln Christian, dropping a double-double with 20 points and 11 boards. Another player making a difference was Jayla Albert, who posted four points and five rebounds.

Douglass' defeat dropped their record down to 18-3. As for Lincoln Christian, the win (which was their 23rd in a row) raised their record to 30-2.
