Madison is 9-0-1 against Churchill since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Madison Mavericks will host the Churchill Chargers at 7:00 p.m. Madison's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

If Churchill heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Madison took over last week. Madison came out on top in a nail-biter against McAllen on Saturday, sneaking past 2-1.

Meanwhile, after soaring to five goals the game before, Churchill was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They came up short against Davenport, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, the Chargers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 201st, while Wolves are ranked 11th).

Churchill's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Madison, their win bumped their record up to 3-1-1.

Madison came out on top in a nail-biter against Churchill when the teams last played back in February of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. Will Madison repeat their success, or does Churchill have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
