Game recap: Gosnell High School Football Team defeats Rivercrest

GOSNELL, Ark. - Rivercrest (Wilson, Ark.) fell 22-7 to Gosnell (Ark.).

After taking the lead on a rushing touchdown in the second quarter, the Pirates were up 7-0 at the half.

Both teams scored seven points in the third quarter, so the margin remained at seven at the start of the fourth.

Rivercrest's only touchdown came on a 24-yard pass from Marquez Chew to Kani Turner in the third quarter.



Gosnell also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 21-7.

The loss comes after Rivercrest defeated Greene County Tech 25-13 last week.
