Atlantic Christian hasn't had much luck against King's Christian recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Cougars will take on the Knights at 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Christian will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Atlantic Christian had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the six-run drubbing they dealt Pleasantville on Friday. The Cougars blew past the Greyhounds 15-9. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Ethan Costello made a splash no matter where he played. He struck out ten batters over four innings while giving up four earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base. He has become a key player for Atlantic Christian: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 2-4 otherwise.
