Volleyball Recap: Indianapolis Shortridge Comes Up Short

After flying high against Providence Cristo Rey last Thursday, Indianapolis Shortridge came back down to earth. The Blue Devils fell in a 3-2 heartbreaker to the Park Tudor Panthers. The Blue Devils have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Indianapolis Shortridge wouldn't go down easily and took Park Tudor into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking four-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-16, 25-17, 19-25, 15-11.

Indianapolis Shortridge's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 12-4. As for Park Tudor, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-11.
