The Reno County HomeSchool Sabres will look to take advantage of their home-field for the first time this season as they take on the Fairfield Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Reno County HomeSchool made easy work of Norwich and carried off a 66-44 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Sabres.

Connor Fowler went supernova for Fairfield, rushing for 170 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.4 yards per carry, and also throwing for 42 yards and two touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. Fowler also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble, making seven total tackles, and defending two passes in addition to snagging two interceptions.
Fairfield was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 297 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Skyline only rushed for 81.
Fairfield's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged four passes before it was all said and done. Fowler led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 112 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Reno County HomeSchool's record now sits at 2-0. As for Fairfield, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-0.
