Soccer Recap: Carlmont Comes Up Short

If Carlmont was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Burlingame last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Carlmont Scots lost 4-1 to the Aragon Dons on Wednesday. The Scots were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Dons earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Menlo-Atherton's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Carlmont's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Aragon, they will take on Sequoia at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Aragon is facing Sequoia at the right time seeing as Sequoia is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
