Basketball Recap: Long Takes a Loss

Long lost against Wicksburg back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rebels took a 45-30 bruising from the Panthers. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Long now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Wicksburg, their win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Long will square off against Daleville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wicksburg, they will take on Dale County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
