Softball Recap: Beech Takes a Loss

Beech lost against Mount Juliet back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Buccaneers lost 20-9 to the Golden Bears. The Buccaneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Beech's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Mount Juliet, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6-1 record this season.

Beech is taking a road trip to challenge Station Camp at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bison will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Buccaneers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mount Juliet, they will take on Christian Academy of Knoxville in a tournament on Saturday.
