Basketball Recap: Center Comes Up Short

If Center was feeling good fresh off their 49-21 takedown of Central last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Center Yellowjackets had to suffer through a 72-11 loss at the hands of the Lee's Summit North Broncos. The matchup marked the Yellowjackets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Center has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Lee's Summit North, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-3.

Center is taking a road trip to take on Southeast at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lee's Summit North has already played their next match, a 60-57 victory against Liberty on the 13th.
