Baseball Recap: Sheridan's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

Sheridan blew Philo out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Philo got their revenge. The Generals fell just short of the Electrics by a score of 13-11. The loss was the Generals' first of the season.

Cole Cashdollar was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4. Connor Roshon also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Sheridan fell to 5-1. As for Philo, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-6.

While Sheridan had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
