Flag Football Recap: Wheat Ridge Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Wheat Ridge's offense. They took a blow against the Dakota Ridge Eagles on Monday, falling 47-0.

Wheat Ridge didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Claire Allen and Clara Snavely.

Wheat Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Dakota Ridge, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

Wheat Ridge wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 70-0 loss against Standley Lake on the 3rd. As for Dakota Ridge, they have also already played their next game, a 42-6 defeat against Ralston Valley on the 30th.
