With a playoff win on the line, Homestead rose to the challenge on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Fort Wayne South Side Archers with a sharp 12-0 victory. Homestead might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matches by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Fort Wayne South Side from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Channing Xayarath led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Homestead's win bumped their record up to 17-0. As for Fort Wayne South Side, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8-3.

Coming up, Homestead will challenge Fort Wayne Northrop at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fort Wayne Northrop will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Homestead surely won't give up without a fight. Fort Wayne South Side does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
