Basketball Recap: St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints vs. Raleigh Lions
The St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints were handed a three-point defeat in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against the Raleigh Lions on Friday. St. Andrew's Episcopal took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 64-32 win over the Lions. That result was just more of the same for these two, as St. Andrew's Episcopal also won the last time the pair played last Friday.
Larrson Calhoun was his usual excellent self, scoring 21 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was William Johnson, who scored 13 points along with three blocks.
St. Andrew's Episcopal's victory bumped their record up to 5-13. As for Raleigh, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-20.
St. Andrew's Episcopal does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Raleigh will be playing in front of their home fans against the Dragons at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
