Poway waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They escaped with a win against the Ramona Bulldogs by the margin of a single free throw, 63-62. For the Titans, this counts as revenge for the 57-52 win the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.
When it comes to explaining why Ramona lost, don't look at Colin Dillon. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 24 points and 11 rebounds. Those 11 boards gave Dillon a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Tayden Bryant, who posted 13 points and three steals.
