Football Recap: Springlake-Earth Wolverines vs. Hart Longhorns
Springlake-Earth had lost four games on the road dating back to last season, but after bumping their record up to 3-4 on Friday that streak is in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Hart Longhorns as they made off with a 52-27 win. Considering the Wolverines have won three matchups by more than 24 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Froylan Agundiz continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 179 yards and one TD while picking up 10.5 yards per carry, and also throwing for 150 yards and four touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes. He has been hot, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last six times he's played. Kaylob Frietze was Agundiz's top target, picking up 70 receiving yards and three scores.
