Belmont is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Booneville just ended the team's ten-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 52-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Devils.

Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Biggersville ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They walked away with a 51-43 victory over Wheeler. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Biggersville pushed their record up to 17-3 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points per game. As for Belmont, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-3.
