Lincoln High has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will head out to take on the Burke Bulldogs on Tuesday.
On Saturday, Lincoln High came up short against Grand Island and fell 2-0. The Links haven't had much luck with the Islanders recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Meanwhile, Burke posted their biggest victory since September 28, 2023 on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Benson. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
While Burke won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-9, 25-15.
Burke's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lauren Raduechel, who had 12 digs and two aces.
