            Mineral County made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage, but still couldn't quite topple them. The Mineral County Serpents really took it to the Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage Rams for the full four quarters, racking up  a  49-5 win. The  contest marked the Serpents' most dominant  victory of the  season.
Mineral County's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Raeane Johnson, who  posted 11 points and four  steals. Johnson continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jazmin Serrato, who  had eight  points along with five  boards and five  steals.
 Mineral County  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 15  offensive boards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  offensive rebound total in three consecutive  games.
