Basketball Recap: Waterloo Takes a Loss

Waterloo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost to the Vina Red Devils on the road by a 56-38 margin. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Red Devils earlier this season, when they won 54-22.

Waterloo's loss dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Vina, their victory bumped their record up to 5-15.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Waterloo is taking a road trip to challenge Cherokee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Vina, they will welcome Brilliant at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
