McMichael scored first but ultimately less than West Stokes in their match on Friday. They lost 16-6 to the Wildcats. The Phoenix's loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

McMichael's defeat dropped their record down to 13-10. As for West Stokes, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 20-2.

McMichael has already played their next game, a 7-5 victory against Reidsville on the 28th. Hopefully West Stokes paid attention to the Phoenix's contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Phoenix at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
