Soccer Recap: Copperas Cove Takes a Loss

Copperas Cove's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 3-1 to the Temple Wildcats. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldawgs have lost by exactly two goals.

Their goal came courtesy of Jaceton Fisher, who's now up to five this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Copperas Cove and nudges their season record down to 8-8. As for Temple, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

Looking ahead, Copperas Cove will head out to face off against Midway at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Temple, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Harker Heights at 7:30 p.m.
