Soccer Recap: Lancaster County Christian Comes Up Short

Lancaster County Christian managed to keep up with High Point Baptist Academy until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Lions lost 5-2 to the Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against High Point Baptist Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-1 last Monday.

This is the second loss in a row for Lancaster County Christian and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for High Point Baptist Academy, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Lancaster County Christian will square off against rival New Covenant Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, High Point Baptist Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Coventry Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
