Softball Recap: Clear Fork Has No Trouble Against Marion Harding

Clear Fork won the last time they faced Marion Harding and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Colts put the hurt on the Presidents with a sharp 12-2 win. Considering the Colts have won five games by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Miley Shafer looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Clear Fork got a big performance out of Hailly Thrush, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Katrina Rogers, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one triple.
