Eli Wolf Game Report: vs St. Anthony

Newton had to settle for second on Saturday, but Eli Wolf sure wasn't going down easily. Wolf pitched six innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits. The effort marked the fewest earned runs he has had since back in April.

Wolf and Newton will square off against Casey-Westfield at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Sadly, Wolf's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Eagles' four-game streak of wins at home.
