Softball Recap: Perry County Central Commodores vs. Hazard Bulldogs / Lady Bulldogs
While Perry County Central's win against Hazard wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Commodores narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Bulldogs / Lady Bulldogs 4-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Commodores.
Jossie Mullins spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on five hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
