Basketball Recap: Salem Takes a Loss

Salem was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 45-42 heartbreaker at the hands of the Windham Jaguars. The Blue Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Salem's record now sits at 7-5. As for Windham, they pushed their record up to 10-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Salem will be playing at home against Concord at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Salem is facing Concord at the right time seeing as Concord is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. Windham has already played their next matchup (against Londonderry), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
