Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lebanon). They took down the Bend Lava Bears 54-35 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Warriors sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Brison Edwards threw for 264 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 73.3% of his passes. Zechariah Halsey was his top target, picking up 88 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Despite the defeat, Bend had strong showings from Kaden Cooper, who threw for 224 yards and three TDs while completing 80% of his passes, and James Mathiesen, who picked up 86 receiving yards and one score.

Lebanon's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Bend, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Lebanon will head out to face off against South Albany at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bend, they will welcome Summit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Storm's defense has only allowed 14.7 points per game this season, so the Lava Bears' offense will have their work cut out for them.
