Soccer Recap: Fayette Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Fayette Ware last Thursday, Fayette Academy came back down to earth. The Vikings lost 9-0 to Memphis Home Education Association on Tuesday. Fayette Academy have struggled against Memphis Home Education Association recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Fayette Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Memphis Home Education Association, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Fayette Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Benedict at Auburndale at 5:00 p.m. on the 18th. As for Memphis Home Education Association, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Jackson North Side on the 4th.
