Recap: Childress Bobcats vs. Stamford Bulldogs
On Tuesday, Childress was able to grind out a solid victory over Stamford, taking the game 38-25.
Childress' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joshlynn Roark, who scored 9 points. Roark continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Sophie Stephens, who scored 3 points along with 7 assists.
Childress' victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Stamford, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
Childress will be playing in front of their home fans against Perryton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stamford will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Jayton at 6:15 p.m. on December 5th.
