Basketball Game Preview: West-Oak Warriors vs. Walhalla Razorbacks

The West-Oak Warriors will take on the Walhalla Razorbacks at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for West-Oak and three for Walhalla.

On Friday, West-Oak was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 49-43 to Pendleton.

Meanwhile, Walhalla was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 54-48 to Pendleton.

West-Oak will have to keep a close watch on Tyler Lusk and Jackson Smith, a pair of players who had a big impact on Walhalla's prior game. Lusk went 5 for 8 on his way to 14 points, while Smith almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 boards. The dominant performance also gave Smith a new career-high in blocks (three). Bentley Kaliski was another key player, putting up four points and five steals.

Walhalla's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for West-Oak, their loss dropped their record down to 3-14.
