Bismarck came tearing into Thursday's matchup with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Arcadia Valley Tigers. That's more bragging rights for the Indians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Bismarck had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-28, 25-18, 25-21, 25-11.

Their offense was headlined by Ashley Hawkins and Ayla Hawkins, who picked up 14 kills apiece. They got some help from Kinsey Hubbs and her 45 assists. Finally, Loryn Pierson kept Bismarck's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.
